International shipping is now available. There are still delays due to Covid, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
I dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday via Royal Mail (except for public holidays). Orders placed after 11 am will be sent on the next shipping day.
What is my tracking number?
For standard postage there is no tracking number. If you paid for a tracked service you should have received your tracking number with your shipping notification. Please contact me if you can not find it and I will re-send it.
How will my order be packaged?
I try to use the least amount of packaging and try to source eco-friendly packaging where possible. Cards and flat items are posted in board backed envelopes and bigger items in boxes. I do however use bubble wrap to protect some items like framed prints. When I receive parcels I collect the usable bubble wrap and re-use it to try to minimise it only being used once. When I use up all of my bubble wrap (and any other non-recyclable packaging items) I will source eco-friendly alternatives or stop using them all together (eg. cello bags to protect cards).
Where is my order?!
Standard UK post is sent 1st class which takes 1-3 working days.
International orders can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to be delivered depending on where they are being delivered. Orders to the USA/Australia generally take 2-3 weeks from dispatch to arrive, but delays can happen.
If you need your order for a certain date, please contact me before placing your order so I can check if it is possible. Please also remember that bank holidays/public holidays can cause delays as can the weather and pandemics.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend of the size of your order and where it is being sent. All shipping costs include postage and packaging.
Standard shipping is sent 1st class within the UK, and standard for the rest of the world. You can upgrade your shipping to include tracking, this will incur a higher charge.
Why do I have a customs/duty/tax fee to pay before my order is delivered?
International orders over certain amounts can incur customs/duty/tax feed. These fees and charges are from your countries government and can not be avoided. I always declare the amount you paid for items on customs forms, to lie on these forms is illegal. In order for your order to be delivered you will need to pay the fees, this should be outlined by the postal service. Fees paid for customs/duty/tax are non refundable and are the buyers responsibility.
What if I'm not home and my order is at the sorting office and I don't pick it up? Or if I have given the wrong address?
For orders that are returned because they have not been collected (usually when no one is present to collect or sign for items) or an incorrect/incomplete address is supplied, the delivery costs will be re-charged for orders to be re-sent. Items can only be re-sent once they have been returned, this can take multiple weeks.
Can I return my order?
I really hope you are happy with your order! If you are not, please contact me and I will do what I can to resolve any issues.
Please do not send any items back before contacting me, if you do, I will not be responsible for costs incurred even for faulty items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective on delivery):
- Custom or personalised orders, earrings, items on sale/offer, digital downloads.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
